 Social Media Tools and How to Use Them to Market  looks like a great program.  LFLF is planning to go ..... maybe we'll see you there!  So far, we've resisted the urge to tweet ...... but who knows after this meeting?

Local Fiber Farms!

LFLF visited the Pittsburgh Knit & Crochet Festival  today and checked out some fiber farms scattered among the various vendors from around Pennsylvania & surrounding states.  We are partial to exploring and finding farmers & local growers who craft & create art from their own animals.   Several local fiber farms were here with a great assortment of yarns, felt, fiber, & knitted items.  Stop in on Sunday if you get the chance ..... and there's always next year!   Here are a couple of local farms ....

Local farms in the winter ..... snow, trees, & beef cattle out grazing around the pastures.  The scenic pictures of the trees are from Lake Forest Gardens, a local family owned nursery & tree farm.
Nearby were some beef cattle out browsing around the fields in the snow flurries .......
